Do you love working in retail and meeting customers face to face? Then you might be the sales assistant we are looking for at Ditur in Malmö!

As a sales assistant, your main task will be to provide our customers with the best possible experience when they visit the store. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is skilled at building relationships and is passionate about guiding customers through their buying journey in the best way possible. The most important thing is that you are motivated to create an optimal customer experience and love delivering first-class service – every time.

The position is 10–15 hours per week, including both weekdays and weekends. We value flexibility and that you can lend a helping hand when the store needs extra support. The store is open from 10 AM to 8 PM, and your working hours will be determined in consultation with the store's Store Manager. You will be covered by a collective agreement.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcome customers in the store and identify their needs
• Guide and provide service throughout the buying process, and communicate relevant information about the products and the brands' history in a genuine way
• Create a good atmosphere and positive environment in the store for both customers and colleagues
• Ensure that the store is always tidy and organized
• Work purposefully based on set KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
