With us, you will have an exciting role where, with support from the sales manager and marketing department, you plan your sales and district yourself – while actively establishing and developing customer relationships.
About the position As a forest machine salesperson at Ponsse, you will be responsible for the sales of both new and used machines in Jämtland and Härjedalen. You will work from your home location within the area and meet your customers where they are – in the forest, in the field, and in the office. The role involves both nurturing existing customers and creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the sales district of Jämtland and Härjedalen
- Maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Handle administration related to sales, such as quotes, contracts, and CRM updates
- Act as an important link in the after-sales market by identifying customer needs and communicating them internally
- Prepare quotes with appropriate documents and presentations
Qualifications
- Have technical competence and/or a strong interest in machines and forestry. Experience with forest machines, excavators, wheel loaders, or tractors is an advantage
- Previous experience in proactive sales
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Have a valid B driver's license
Personal qualities
- Are trustworthy, responsible, and structured – qualities that create security in business with large investments
- Have a strong drive, enjoy creating new contacts, and build trust with ease
