aSolar is an established player in solar energy in Sweden, and we are growing rapidly to meet the increasing demand for sustainable energy solutions. We want to continue developing, and therefore we are now looking for a field salesperson who wants to take the next step with us. This is a new position, giving you the opportunity to shape the role and influence how we work moving forward.

About the role

As a field salesperson with us, you will be an important part of our sales team and work closely with the sales manager, other salespeople, and project managers. You will identify areas suitable for solar panel installations, often where we already have ongoing projects or installations.

A large part of the job involves visiting residential areas, knocking on doors, and informing about our solutions for solar panels, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging. You need to have technical understanding to describe installations and solutions clearly and accurately to customers. The position offers flexible working hours, but we would like you to be able to work during evenings and weekends when customers are home.

Responsibilities

• Identify and process new areas together with the sales manager
• Knock on doors and inform about our products and services within solar energy
• Project and prepare quotes for complete systems directly on-site
• Regularly follow up on results with the sales manager

We are looking for someone who

• Is ambitious and driven by sales and achieving results
• Has good social skills and can build trust with customers
• Has good computer skills
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have experience in solar energy or previous work as a field salesperson.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Salary and start date will be agreed upon. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis. The opportunity to influence your own salary (Base salary + Commission).
