Friday is currently looking for a technically inclined person who wants to work with our client! The client provides IT support to simplify and streamline all systems in their 120 different stores across Sweden.

In this role, you will work on a project where our client will replace computers in their various stores across the country. You will be involved in working with support cases, starting up and installing new computers in stores throughout Sweden. You will help troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware, networks, and other IT-related questions. This can involve everything from installing to repairing and replacing hardware to renovations. You will also respond to phone calls or emails that are escalated from first line and second line support. That said, it is important that you are technically interested and enjoy working with IT and people.

Some of the tasks will include:

• Providing proactive and solution-oriented support to our colleagues across Sweden.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and IT cases.
• Installing renovations in stores across the country.
• Collaborating with the team to effectively resolve customer issues.

• Previous work experience or education in support/helpdesk or IT-related experience.
• Previously supported IT equipment such as phones, printers, computers & projectors.
• Previous experience with any case management system.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish as this language is used in your daily communication with your colleagues and customers.

You should be able to take your own initiatives, be punctual, and responsible. You will need to identify problems and areas for improvement in your support cases and have a natural ability to solve problems. Formal education is not a requirement for this position; instead, we value experience and a strong interest in IT and technology.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from our client and our side is that you will get employment with our client.
