Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained special teacher or has equivalent education and competence. You are a skilled educator with experience working with students with diverse needs. To thrive with us, you see students' possibilities rather than obstacles and always find workable paths in interaction, communication, and teaching. You are secure, stable, and resilient under stress, with a strong commitment to creating accessible learning environments. You collaborate easily and see it as a given to have an open and good dialogue with both parents and colleagues as well as management.

You speak very good Swedish and can express yourself very well and accurately in both speech and writing.

Your role as an employee is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your and the organization's development. With us, this means that you have good cooperation with your manager and colleagues, both in your own workplace and in the wider municipal organization. You meet everyone with a high level of service, kindness, and quality through customer and service focus. You take responsibility for being involved in organizational issues and are solution-oriented.
