Job Description:

We are looking for an engaged IT support specialist who wants to be part of our team and deliver top-notch technical support to our client.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring that IT systems run smoothly. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure and contribute to business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-line support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in systems like Active Directory and Office 365.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and networking equipment.
• Document IT incidents, solutions, and best practices to facilitate future troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve more complex technical issues.
• Support IT security measures and ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.

Requirements to apply:

• Academic degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Documented experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, with a good ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, and basic networking principles.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The following are desirable:

• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, or cloud-based IT support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint protection.
