Job Advertisement – On-Demand L1 IT Technicians Wanted Across Sweden

TechServices IT continues to grow and is now looking for more on-demand L1 IT technicians to join our team. We are looking for individuals who want to work extra as needed and have basic IT knowledge. The position involves various IT assignments at our clients across Sweden.

About the Position

As an L1 technician, you are the first to respond to simpler IT-related issues. Your main tasks may include:

• Troubleshooting and basic problem-solving of IT-related issues, both on-site and remotely
• 
  
• Basic troubleshooting of networks and internet connections
• 
  
• Management of Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., account creation, password resets)
• 
  
• Management of Active Directory (AD)
• 
  
• Support and installation of printers and basic printing solutions
• 
  
• IT support via phone, email, and on-site at the client

The work is on-demand, meaning we will contact you when we have assignments in your area. You have the freedom to accept or decline assignments based on your availability.

Qualifications

To thrive and perform the job, you need to meet the following:

• Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve basic IT problems
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of networking (e.g., DHCP, DNS, IP addressing)
• 
  
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Active Directory
• 
  
• Experience with printers and basic printing solutions
• 
  
• Fluent communication in Swedish (required) and English (preferred)
• 
  
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and with a high level of service
• 
  
• Possession of a B driver's license is preferred but not required

Preferred

• Certifications in IT (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent)
• 
  
• Previous experience in similar work
