About the position

As a Content Creator, you will primarily work on creating creative and inspiring material for Kläppen's social media channels. You will work with the entire process from planning, creation, and publishing and are expected to have a good understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and conversion on social media.

Your responsibilities include photography, filming, retouching images, and editing moving material for social media, our websites, and other platforms.

You have very good skills in creating content for digital channels. We see that you can work creatively and independently and have the ability to drive projects on your own.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of working with content for social media such as Meta and TikTok
• Strategic understanding of social media
• Experience in analysis and follow-up related to social media
• Experience in photography/filming and editing film and photo
• Experience in flying drones and using them for photo/film.
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience working in a fast-growing company
• Good knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent programs.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with CMS systems and web development.
• Experience working with paid social
• Worked with influencer marketing

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured. You are social and have an easy time talking to guests and colleagues, as well as being comfortable interviewing people and making them feel at ease in front of the camera.

You can work independently but also find it easy to collaborate with colleagues and external partners. You are creative and driven, confident, and self-assured. Having an interest in winter sports, skiing & snowboarding, and other active activities is a given.
