Job Responsibilities

As a Systems Security Engineer, you will work on-site with one of Sweden's leading players in the defense industry. You will be part of a cross-functional, agile development team that creates advanced defense systems – from missiles to larger platforms. In this role, you will:

• lead and translate security requirements from analysis to verification
• develop and improve common security platforms
• ensure that products meet high standards for information and cybersecurity
• establish effective processes, tools, and methods for secure system development
• collaborate with project managers, developers, and domain experts to drive technology choices and methodologies forward

Qualifications (Must-have)

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in IT/system development
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and system development
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Interest in the entire development chain – from requirements gathering to deployment
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)
• Presence at the office in Karlskoga

Desirable (Nice to have)

• Experience in requirements work and systems engineering
• Knowledge of ISO / IEC 15288 or similar frameworks
• Previous work in defense or security-classified projects
• Experience in model-based system development and tools for cybersecurity analysis
