About the role

As an appraiser, you will work with sorting and valuing collected donations while guiding employees in work training.

You will be part of a team with other appraisers/guides and individuals in work training. The work you do together mainly involves sorting and valuing collected clothing, textiles, items, books, and furniture.

In parallel with the work of sorting and valuing textiles, you will act as a mentor to individuals who are training for the open labor market. You will collaborate in daily work while coaching and supporting where needed. This requires humility, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping people.

About you

You have a strong interest in and documented knowledge of materials, form, function, fashion degree, brand, and value. You possess broad valuation skills as the donations you handle range from high to low.

You have a developed sense of order, are accustomed to a fast work pace, have a positive view of people, and enjoy working closely with others. It is an advantage if you have experience mentoring individuals in work practice. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as you will coach, guide, and support individuals coming to us for their work practice at our workplace.

Employment conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period. The placement is at our sorting facility in Hägersten, Västberga Industrial Area, Stockholm. Artikel2 has collective agreements.
