Project Manager for the Welfare Administration

The Welfare Administration employs approximately 2500 staff members. We are an engaged team consisting of eight business developers, a medically responsible nurse, a medically responsible for rehabilitation, five system administrators, and project managers. Responsibilities

The Welfare Administration is starting a project that will run until December 31, 2026. The administration needs a project manager to:

Lead the workforce planning work according to the Welfare Administration's workforce planning plan.

As a project manager within the Welfare Administration, you will contribute to integrating the strategic plan by leading prioritized workforce planning activities together with designated employees within the Welfare Administration.

The work involves close collaboration with, for example, the workforce planning unit (for care and support), the HR department, business developers, and the management team of the Welfare Administration.

Qualifications

University or college education or work experience deemed suitable by the employer. Practical experience in leading projects is an important prerequisite, and we prefer that you have experience in quality assurance.

Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. You are motivated by clearly defined goals and have the ability to translate these into concrete actions. With a focus on the goal, you can reprioritize work when conditions or needs change. You can work at both operational and strategic levels and have the ability to see the whole in the organization. Furthermore, you have good communication and pedagogical skills and find it easy to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. As a person, you are structured and ensure that work is completed and results are followed up.
