Construction Project Manager for Ragn-Sells in Vänersborg

We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager for Ragn-Sells in Vänersborg at StudentConsulting! Ragn-Sells is Sweden's largest company in recycling and environmental services. They are part of the Ragn-Sells Group and also operate in Norway, Denmark, and Estonia. Managing toxic substances that should not be reintroduced into society is one of their most important missions. With safety and innovation as guiding principles, they work both with secure storage in the form of landfills and with new treatment methods to minimize hazardous substances and even transform them into future resources.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be offered a broad role with varied tasks. You will work on several different types of projects rather than focusing on a single area. In this role, you will be involved in projects such as water treatment, PFAS remediation, and other water-related initiatives. The work requires you to switch between different tasks and projects depending on needs and priorities. You will play an important role in driving the various projects forward, which requires you to be flexible and able to quickly understand new issues and technical areas.

The role involves a combination of operational and coordinating work. You will have a cohesive function in the team, where you work to coordinate and support colleagues with different backgrounds and competencies, and you will also be out in the field to gain a good understanding of the practical work. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for Ragn-Sells. The position is full-time and is planned to start in August or by agreement, lasting until June 30, 2026. For the right person, there is a possibility of extension thereafter. Working hours are scheduled between 07:00 and 16:00, and you will be based at Ragn-Sells site in Vänersborg.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical background and experience working in a project environment
• Experience in driving projects forward
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Previous experience in the waste management industry, petrochemical industry, or similar operations with a technical and process-oriented focus is a plus
