In the role of Tech Support Agent at Nordic Infucare, you will encounter numerous user-specific cases and become the expert on Nordic Infucare's products. You will be the first line of support for users when they have questions about their technical equipment, and phone, email, and digital web forms will be your primary tools. During periods of lower activity, you will use your solution-oriented side to evaluate, optimize, and continuously improve processes to create a more efficient way of working. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling user-specific cases via phone, email, and web forms.
- Being Nordic Infucare's spearhead in technical support.
- Managing the entire claims process.
- Continuously reviewing and optimizing/streamlining work processes.
In this role, you will handle support cases via phone and email, which requires you to have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish, Danish, and English.
Candidate Profile
This position is suitable for you who have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a structured and independent manner. You will work with varied tasks and sometimes multiple commitments simultaneously, but always with a high level of quality. It is essential that you enjoy working in a team, as you and your colleagues will collaborate to solve daily tasks.
We are looking for someone with a technical interest who has previously worked in a similar role in technical support. We believe you are empathetic, service-minded, and communicative with both colleagues and users. You are solution-oriented and can prioritize when urgent situations arise while being meticulous and appreciating the importance of details.
To succeed in the role of Tech Support Agent, you need to have a good technical understanding, possess good knowledge of the Office suite, and be curious to learn everything about Nordic Infucare's products. You must also be fluent in Swedish, Danish, and English.

Other Information
Start: August 2025.
Scope: Part-time, approximately 2 days a week.
Working hours: According to agreement Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 10 PM, with the majority of shifts being between 8 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. Remote work possible by agreement.
Location: Stockholm, Alvik.
