Do you share our passion for photography, technology, and personal customer interactions? We are now looking for an engaged salesperson for our well-established store in the heart of Gothenburg.

In our store, we offer a wide range of cameras, binoculars, accessories, as well as audio and lighting equipment. We also have our own lab where we produce images and photo products. Our strength lies in knowledgeable advice, high service levels, and a personal approach that makes a difference for every customer.

In the role of store salesperson, your most important task is to create a positive and professional experience for every customer – both in-store and via phone or email. You guide customers through the assortment and ensure they receive the right products and good advice, whether they are beginners or experienced photographers.

In addition to the daily tasks in the store, administrative parts are also included, such as customer support and work related to our webshop – particularly in the sale of used photography equipment.

You will work alongside colleagues who share your interest in photography and technology, where both collaboration and independence are important aspects of everyday life. From time to time, we also participate in fairs and events to gain new inspiration and stay updated on the latest trends in the industry.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is genuinely engaged, proactive with a strong sense of customer service
• Has a great interest in photography – preferably both digital and analog
• Is technically inclined and keeps up to date with news
• Has a knack for sales and appreciates personal customer interactions
• Is self-driven and organized, while enjoying working in a team with your colleagues
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.

About the employment
The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start or as agreed. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and Saturdays according to the store's opening hours.
