We are seeking two product engineers with experience in wire harnesses to join a global company in Gothenburg.

This is a one-year consultant position starting August 2025.

The assignment

To be responsible for designating wire harnesses to customer demands and according to our client's guidelines and policies.

• Ensure that all engineering-related specifications are available and distributed in time.

• Ensure full change management and traceability in designated engineering change systems. Act as change owner.

• Maintain good customer relationship.

• Review and provide feedback on design issues to the customer to ensure a robust design.

• Actively contribute to cross-functional project teams.

• Be the main engineering contact between Customer Engineering Teams and the client's manufacturing plants.

• Secure and coordinate the Change Management and Release Management flow between the client's manufacturing plants and the Customer Engineering teams.

• Ensure close collaboration with our client's manufacturing plants and client's technical/service centers.

• Identify all drawing issues and coordinate affected counterparts to resolve any feasibility issues.

• Participate and drive all issues defined for your harnesses in the BOD reviews to ensure manufacturability.

• Contribute to a positive working climate.
