We are looking for a key person for our client, an established technology company that develops advanced industrial solutions with a high pace of innovation and a strong focus on customization. Here, you will be part of a knowledgeable engineering team where collaboration, technical responsibility, and innovative thinking are at the center.

In this role, you will work on the development of customized machines, production equipment, and special fixtures. You will often work closely with automation engineers, project managers, and clients. The projects range from concept development to production-ready solutions, meaning you will influence both the overall picture and the details. You will also play an important role in design reviews, mentoring junior colleagues, and strategically contributing to the team's technical direction.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design within industrial solutions or automation.
• Good knowledge of CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of strength, kinematics, and manufacturability.
• Experience working in cross-functional project teams and leading design work.
• Ability to work structured, independently, and solution-oriented.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish (required) and good communication skills in English.
• Technical university degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to undergo Swedish security clearance requirements (required in some projects).
