Become a key player in the sustainable work environments of the future – Kinnarps Nyköping is looking for a Salesperson
Do you want to help change an entire industry? The market is crying out for sustainable solutions – and we at Kinnarps are taking the lead. We are now looking for someone who wants to combine business with values – and work with one of the most respected offerings on the market.
With us, you will have the chance to make a real difference – for people, organizations, and the environment.
About us – Kinnarps in Nyköping
Kontorsfackhandlarna i Nyköping AB is a privately owned company operating under the strong Kinnarps brand. We cover Nyköping, Oxelösund, Trosa, and Gnesta – an expanding region where the demand for sustainable, well-thought-out work environments is growing rapidly.
At Gumsbacken in Nyköping, we have a modern showroom that we share with Gibon Nyköping.
Kinnarps is Europe’s leading total supplier of interior solutions for offices, education, and healthcare. Since 1942, we have combined quality, ergonomics, and design with genuine environmental thinking. All manufacturing takes place in Sweden, and we operate in over 40 countries.
What does the role offer?
This is a sales role with great variety and a lot of freedom. You will help drive our business locally, from the first customer contact to final delivery. You report to our local CEO and work closely with colleagues, project managers, interior designers, and suppliers.
The role involves:
- You proactively sell value-creating total solutions in workplace design – from ergonomic office environments to schools and care environments.
- You identify needs, hold presentations, develop solution proposals together with our interior designers, and follow the business all the way to completion.
- You engage both existing and new customers, primarily decision-makers in the public and private sectors.
- You contribute to helping our customers create sustainable and inspiring environments where people thrive and perform.
- You work in a team with an open culture, a non-prestigious atmosphere, and an inclusive spirit.
We offer:
- A strong and sustainable brand behind you.
- An experienced, value-driven team in Nyköping.
- The opportunity to combine business with creativity, social benefit, and long-term relationships.
- Health and wellness benefits offered after the probationary period.
- A healthy work-life balance.
Who are you?
You are driven and business-minded – but also curious, relationship-building, and passionate about how people work and feel. You may not have sold interior design before, but you have an eye for color, form, and function.
You might:
- Like smart design and be inspired by architecture and ergonomics.
- Follow trends in offices, remote work, or work environments.
You likely recognize yourself in this:
- You have sales experience, preferably B2B, and enjoy working long-term with your customers.
- You are structured and goal-oriented – you plan, follow up, and are persistent.
- You are communicative and confident in presenting ideas and solutions in personal meetings, for example in our showroom or around a coffee table.
- You are solution-oriented and have the ability to understand the customer's needs – often before they do.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales to the public sector or project-based sales.
- Familiarity with working in CRM systems.
- Interest in or experience with interior design programs or design tools.
You have:
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
- Driver's license B.

You get to work on something that matters – and you get to grow with us. No day is the same.
Location:
