  • Maintain and develop our modern IT environment (M365, MS Entra, Windows Server, etc.) together with your colleagues
  • Install and configure computers and mobile devices, etc.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and resources
  • Participate and support the IT manager in improvement projects or other IT-related matters

We expect you to have:

  • A few years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra, and Active Directory/Windows Server and networks
  • Experience in troubleshooting, installations, and user support
  • Relevant IT education is an advantage
  • Experience with ITIL is a plus

To be successful in this role, we believe you are solution-oriented, responsible, and curious. You enjoy working in a role where you provide support and service daily, creating a functional work environment for our employees. You like to dive into technology, share what you learn, and take initiative.

We Offer

As an employee at Plan International, you will have a meaningful job where you contribute to strengthening children's rights and promoting gender equality for girls.
