Your Responsibilities and Profile

We are looking for a driven and committed warehouse employee with extended responsibilities as a Superuser for our client in Rosersberg. The responsibility includes functioning as a support function in the warehouse regarding questions related to the WMS system (NYCE Logic) and having a good understanding of how Autostore works and performing daily maintenance.

Main Responsibilities;

• Act as "first line support" in the warehouse and be the link between operations and the warehouse
• Be responsible for the daily maintenance of AutoStore
• Be the contact person for the automation service partner
• Further educate staff to enhance knowledge within the WMS system (NYCE Logic) and eManager (AutoStore)
• Work within warehouse processes (picking and packing of e-commerce orders)

We are looking for someone who ...

has prior knowledge and experience in warehousing and logistics as well as a genuine curiosity about warehouse systems and AutoStore. You have a good sense of order and work in a structured, precise, and efficient manner. You possess good communication skills, are solution-oriented, and are not afraid to take your own initiatives.

Conditions

• Flexibility is required regarding tasks and working hours; shift work and overtime may occur
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement

• Meritorious if you have forklift license A1-A4 + B1-B4
• Meritorious if you have previously worked with the WMS system NYCE Logic, Elements eManager, TA-system's Nshift
