About the position

We are currently seeking machine operators for our operations in Norrköping. What does the role entail?

As a machine operator, you will play a central role in production. Your main tasks include:

• Monitoring and operating machines
• Adjustments and settings to ensure quality may be required
• Quality controls and documentation
• Collaboration with colleagues and other departments to optimize production
• Packing

You will work in shifts and are expected to take some responsibility for your tasks.

Qualifications

To fit the role, we see that you have:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or from similar work in manufacturing/production
• Technical understanding and ability to read instructions or drawings
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work accurately and methodically even in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement

You are a responsible person who is solution-oriented and has an easy time collaborating in a team.
