About the Role

As Rituals' new Assistant Shop Manager, you strive to transform your store into a place where you and your colleagues love to work, and your customers love to shop. This includes, among other things, that you:

• Drive the store's results by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration, and efficient routines.
• Are the right hand of the Shop Manager and ready to take over Shop Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Support your colleagues to reach their full potential by coaching, developing, and being a good role model.
• Together with your Shop Manager, build a culture of trust based on positive and constructive feedback.

Requirements

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you inspire your team and together achieve the store's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. In addition, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or customer service.
• Good ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership.
• Collaborative, responsive, and communicative.
• Good system and data skills.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years or older.

We offer a position of 30 hours/week.

Fixed-term employment: 1 year, with a chance for extension.
