We are now looking for a concrete mixer for one of our clients.
The company has a strong foothold in the market for concrete prefabrication and collaborates with the largest construction companies in Sweden. Thanks to our experience, quality, and reliability, we continue to grow – both technologically and organizationally.
The role of the concrete mixer is a key position in our production process. The operator is responsible for the quality of the concrete and smooth operations in the mixing department. Therefore, we are now looking for a person with previous and documented experience in this role.
Experience with recipe mixing or dosing systems, basic computer skills, and the ability to use control systems, as well as the ability to read technical instructions or production plans, are fundamental requirements.
We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge in Element Manufacturing class III and class II.
A forklift license A+B and overhead crane license are also advantageous.
Job responsibilities include:
- preparing concrete mixtures according to given recipes and production plans.
- monitoring the mixing process and ensuring quality.
- collaborating with the laboratory to ensure that the mixture meets the requirements.
- transporting finished mixtures to the forming stations (with a forklift or other vehicle).
- keeping the mixing area clean and organized.
- reporting deviations, technical problems, or disruptions in the process.
The company supports development and offers training and opportunities to further develop your qualifications, including courses in element manufacturing for those who do not yet have them, as well as continued support for those who wish to achieve class II.

Full-time position with working hours scheduled during the day.
