About the role

We are looking for you who is a professional in digital marketing and who wants to help build something important. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing ads – primarily on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads – and continuously following up and improving results. You are both a strategist and a doer.

Responsibilities

• Create and test campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Design ad materials (image, text, possibly simpler video)
• Set up target audiences, budget, and conversion tracking
• Follow up on results, analyze data, optimize ads
• A/B test headlines, target audiences, and CTAs
• Continuously improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Is comfortable working with budget, campaign structure, and optimization
• Has an eye for visual communication and can create effective ad materials
• Is data-driven and enjoys analyzing what works (and why)
• Has a good ability to work independently but enjoys contributing to a team

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with e-commerce
• Experience with other channels (TikTok Ads, email marketing, SEO)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar
