JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Blomsterbäcksskolan, Lillmons school, and Centralskolan are looking for a teacher who can teach in the mother tongue. The language is Tigrinya. The work will be at Blomsterbäcksskolan and Centralskolan.

We are looking for a licensed teacher with the qualifications to teach in the mother tongue based on experience. The work includes planning, executing, and following up on your teaching and the students' learning. You take an active role in developing the operations and collaborate with the entire school's working team.

In our pedagogical framework, which includes everything from reception, accessibility, motivation, collaboration to a holistic view, the student is always at the center!

You maintain close collaboration with the guardians of the students and other important people in the students' networks. You participate in pedagogical meetings as needed with both colleagues at the school and other partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and has a strong belief in the student's competence and is passionate about developing each student. You are positive and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals around the students. You have a strong motivation for learning and preferably knowledge of special education that motivates students to learn. You have a teaching license.

You need to have good knowledge of Tigrinya.

As a person, you are structured, unpretentious, and flexible. You have a clear and low-affect response. You have the ability to see students' different needs and strengths and to steer and follow up on operations based on the school's pedagogical goals, vision, and financial frameworks. You need to think outside the box, be inventive, brave, and imaginative.
