About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic sales and retail coach who will take Elon’s own kitchen brand Nordanro to new sales records and more stores in the Nordic region.
You will work closely with the Nordanro central kitchen team to develop concepts and train our Elon stores in all the rooms of the home that Nordanro can offer. You will have approximately 50 travel days per year and work from home as well as from Elon Group's office in Örebro.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing kitchen activities with the stores together with the kitchen team
- Coaching and training kitchen salespeople in all parts of the sales process within kitchens
- Training in Winner and Planner drawing and design tools
- Supporting our partners' activities together with the stores
- Project management and assisting with new openings of Nordanro kitchen exhibitions
- Ensuring that the Nordanro concept is followed in the stores
- Supporting Nordanro's B2B sales
- Providing feedback and contributing ideas for Nordanro's future development
Your Background and Skills
We see that you have a high school diploma. You have worked in sales, preferably in various roles such as project sales or direct sales. If you also have an aesthetic flair, it will be an advantage in your tasks. For the role, you need to have knowledge of kitchens and appliances as well as knowledge of the Winner and Planner drawing systems used within Nordanro. Experience in project sales within consumer and B2B is an advantage.
You will have many contacts with stores, kitchen salespeople, and central contacts to drive projects forward. For the role, you also need to have basic financial knowledge.
As a person, it is important that you are a communicative team player and enjoy building relationships and networks. You are solution-focused, structured, and organized. We also see that you have a drive to develop in your role and the ability to identify and develop concepts with a focus on increasing sales figures.
