We are looking for a self-driven property manager for a consulting assignment with a larger real estate company in Norrköping. The company manages both residential and commercial properties. The assignment starts immediately, extends over the summer, and lasts until September – with the possibility of extension. This position is suitable for you who have previous experience in property management and are used to working independently. We prefer that you live in Norrköping or the surrounding area. About the position as a property manager
As a Property Manager with our client, you will work with a focus on rental housing. The role means that you are responsible for operations, maintenance, and property technology. You will belong to a team where everyone helps each other. You will drive projects with varying complexity, local conditions, and delivery time requirements, so it is important that you are flexible and solution-oriented. The role involves many different points of contact, and you will be in contact with colleagues, tenants, and external suppliers. It is important for the position to create and develop good relationships with the tenants.

Who are we looking for?
As a person, you are responsible, used to taking your own initiatives, and driving them to completion. The work involves many varying tasks, so you must be structured and able to prioritize what is most important. You have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building, and enjoy having many contacts in your work. It is important that you enjoy meeting many different kinds of people.

We also wish that you have the following qualifications and experiences:

• Post-secondary education in real estate or another relevant field
• Experience in managing residential properties and commercial premises
• Good knowledge of general regulatory requirements and property owners' responsibilities.
• Good experience working with property management systems
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Driving license B
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
