The role is located in a newly established traffic area in Nacka/Värmdö – an expanding and important part of the region. Here you will not only have the opportunity to drive and develop facilities with high technical requirements – you will also become an important cog in a larger context with one of Sweden's most well-known players in public transport.

About the Role

We are looking for a technical manager with strong technical knowledge who wants to help ensure sustainable and reliable management. You will play a key role with responsibility for both advanced technical issues and project management, with the goal of creating efficient and well-functioning facilities.

The properties consist of bus depots with workshops, washing halls, offices, and technical installations. You will have overall responsibility for both daily operations and long-term investments. The role involves personnel responsibility for a team of property technicians and you will be part of the area's management group.

Your Mission:

Lead and follow up on technical maintenance, investments, and development projects
Drive improvement work within energy, operations, and technology – including digitalization
Plan, procure, and project manage renovations and new investments
Budget and result responsibility as well as identifying business opportunities
Act as a central contact point between technology, finance, principal, and suppliers
Contribute to strategic property development in close collaboration with the property manager at the head office

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Is unpretentious, solution-oriented, and has a business-driven mindset
Has at least 5 years of experience in technical property management and project management
Has post-secondary education in property or technology – preferably with a focus on electricity or installation
Has experience in procurement and working according to AFF
Is used to driving projects from start to finish
Has good communication skills and enjoys the role of coordinator
Has a B driver's license

Experience as a supervisor in the operation and maintenance of complex properties and experience in energy efficiency is an advantage.
