About the Position

We are looking for someone who wants to be a key person in Läktarproffs Fastighets daily operations and work closely with the manager to create structure and efficiency. You will play a central role in administration, communication, and coordination of both internal and external projects – from property maintenance to marketing. The position offers varied tasks with great opportunities to influence and develop work methods.

About the Company

Läktarproffs Fastighets AB is a family-owned property group that owns, manages, and develops properties in Sundsvall/Timrå and Umeå. The company offers commercial properties and new construction projects. We are located in an office hotel at the southern bridgehead, which we share with our own tenants in a pleasant working environment.

Job Responsibilities

As an assistant, you will work broadly and independently with many points of contact. You will relieve the manager in daily tasks and help create order and structure. You will be responsible for handling insurance matters and will be involved in procurement, implementation, and follow-up of renovation, extension, and reconstruction projects. You will also be the first point of contact for tenants and suppliers, where you handle incoming inquiries, questions, reports of faults, and expressions of interest. Administration is a significant part of the work, including compiling offers for premises and outdoor areas and managing documentation and contracts. You will also work with marketing, promoting and advertising both premises for rent and daily operations in the field.

The role also includes:

• Handling invoicing via the business system Fortnox
• Creating minutes at meetings and following up on actions
• Applying for grants for improvement and development projects

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have an organized working method, are communicative, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility. You are a team player while also being able to work independently and are used to being a contact person in various contexts.

We further see that you have:

• Experience in administrative work and project management
• Knowledge of business systems, preferably Fortnox
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Experience with property-related tasks is an advantage

Salary: individual salary setting (Collective agreement Unionen)
