JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a service-oriented person with an interest in training, safety, and meeting people? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our team at the swimming hall!

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible person who wants to contribute to a safe, pleasant, and welcoming environment for our visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for safety in the bathing, sauna, and pool areas.
• Perform life-saving interventions when necessary and maintain order in the facility.
• Provide service to visitors at the reception, cash register, and information desk.
• Clean and maintain common areas and ensure that the premises meet high standards.
• Take water samples to ensure that water quality meets the requirements.
• Participate in planning and implementation of swimming lessons, water aerobics, or other activities.
• Be a good ambassador for the facility and contribute to a positive work climate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Life-saving and CPR training (required, or willingness to undergo training upon employment).
• Experience working in a swimming hall, recreational facility, or similar environment.
• Swimming instructor training, water aerobics instructor, or other relevant education is a plus.
• Driver's license (B)
• In connection with a potential employment, we will request an extract from the criminal record. This is part of our work to ensure a safe environment for all our visitors, especially children and young people.
