JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Renova AB is facing an exciting expansion and we are looking for three dedicated team leaders for our collection area Hisingen. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop and influence both our operations and your colleagues.

As a team leader, you will play a central role in the daily operations of our vehicles. Your responsibilities include everything from vehicle service and repairs to staffing, vacation planning, and managing overtime. You will work closely with your colleagues and our operations manager to ensure that we meet our goals and key performance indicators while contributing to long-term personnel planning. Together with your team leader colleague, you will support our drivers and introduce new employees, while also being prepared to step in for daily operations when needed.

An important part of the job is daily contact with traffic management, Renova's workshop, and other team leaders, all for optimal planning as well as logistically and commercially efficient production.

You will have some administrative tasks, such as handling deviations and customer complaints, as well as approving time reporting and supplier invoices. Management of financial, purchasing, and other matters also occurs according to delegation. You are expected to be active in workplace safety issues, such as inspections of collection points, risk and consequence analyses, etc.

There is also contact with our clients in Gothenburg regarding both operational and workplace safety issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a C driver's license and valid YKB.
• Experience and/or education in leadership.
• Good administrative skills.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are a good role model who can contribute to creating a positive atmosphere in the group and show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role. Flexibility is a key competence, and you should easily adapt to changing conditions, such as being out in operations and driving on short notice. Troubleshooting and reporting to the workshop are obvious tasks for you.

You are used to working effectively under stress and can balance various demands while maintaining calm in different situations that may arise. Active participation in improvement processes is a natural part of your role, where you see it as self-evident to point out improvement suggestions and actively participate in implementing improvements at the unit and Renova as a whole.

As a team leader for Hisingen, you will be based at Holmen in central Gothenburg.
