We at Uniflex are now looking for a committed and service-oriented administrator for an assignment at DHL Freight in Eskilstuna. Please note that this is a part-time position, which means you must have another main occupation of at least 51%, such as studies or another job.

About the position

As an administrator at DHL Freight in Eskilstuna, you will be part of the team at their terminal and responsible for the daily office operations. Your tasks will include:

Handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, drivers, and colleagues
Administering incoming emails
Monitoring and following up on the day's distribution shipments

The position may also involve tasks related to traffic management, depending on the needs of the business and your experience.

Working hours are office hours, approximately 08:00–17:00, and you will be scheduled as needed. Training will take place on-site with a mentor at the end of August.

Who are you?

For this position, we prefer that you have experience working with a phone and computer as your primary tools. Experience in traffic management or similar types of coordination is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have worked in a similar role or have experience in customer service.

Requirements:

You must have another main occupation of at least 51%, such as studies or another job
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
