About the position

As a workshop coach, you play a key role in managing daily operations and providing support to our personal service technicians to ensure efficiency and profitability every day.

Your task is to coach and motivate the team to achieve set goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You also play an important role in creating a positive work environment that promotes well-being and shared responsibility. The job includes some administration.

Qualifications

• ✨ High school education, preferably with a focus on automotive technology or similar.
• ✨ A valid driver's license is required.
• ✨ Good computer skills.
• ✨ Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in supervisory roles is an advantage.

Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month initial probationary period. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline. We welcome both female and male applicants.
