The position of installation manager
As an installation manager at NCC, you will be a key person in our projects. With your technical expertise, you will coordinate installation solutions throughout the process. Close collaboration with both internal and external resources is important to ensure a delivery of the highest quality.

You will actively participate in the bidding and design phases as well as provide support throughout the production until handover to the customer. As an installation manager, you will work with system solutions, cost and investment calculations, project management, as well as procurement and coordination of installation contracts.

The work is largely about finding the best technical and economic solutions for the project and the customer, where you contribute with in-depth knowledge of technical installations in close collaboration with project managers, cost specialists, purchasers, consultants, installers, and the rest of the production organization.

About the Building Department Uppsala, Gävle/Dala
The Uppsala, Gävle/Dala department is a strong player in the market when it comes to large, complex construction projects. With us, you will have a varied everyday life as we have a wide variety of construction projects in our geography, ranging from housing and offices to schools, swimming pools, and hospitals for both private and public customers.

You will be part of the specialist organization in the UGD department. We have many skilled colleagues at NCC who are happy to share their knowledge and expect the same from you.

Your profile as an Installation Manager
To be successful in the role of installation manager, we see that you have experience in the field with a background as a consultant, contractor, or project manager, preferably with a background in HVAC. Knowledge in Control and Monitoring is also an advantage.

An important part of the role is to be able to use digital tools effectively, so good digital skills are a requirement. As a person, you have a business-oriented mindset and are looking for a role where you can lead and drive development in the installation field forward. You are creative and have a strong drive to push projects towards set goals.

You have a good ability to work independently and in a structured manner, you are flexible and also enjoy working in teams. Creating good contacts both internally at NCC and externally is a success factor for you. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.

Additional information
The position is full-time and a permanent employment with placement in Uppsala. You will work on projects throughout the department's geography, which is why a B driver's license is required. Start date according to agreement.

This position will be background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
