About the Role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of commitment, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a sales associate for our electrical department.

Your main responsibilities will primarily consist of sales and advising customers. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that the customer can complete their project.

Examples of Typical Tasks

• Active sales of the product range within iron, tools, and especially electrical items
• Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area
• Responsible for incoming goods and displays, as well as for renovations and modifications in the department
• Analyze the department's product presentation
• Assist in other departments as needed

Your Profile

• High school education or equivalent and experience in retail
• Experience in iron and tools is an advantage
• Good knowledge from previous work experience or education in electrical is a requirement
• Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
• Realizing the customer's project through professional advice on our wide product range
• As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
• It is an advantage if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4)

Working Hours/Duration:

Temporary. Part-time 30 hours/week. Scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and every other weekend

Salary:

Salary according to collective agreement.
