Coordinator for LSS, Psychiatry, and Addiction Services – Salem

About the Position

As a coordinator, you will play a key role in the organization. You will work closely with both users and staff to ensure safe, legally compliant, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and following up on interventions
• Contact with relatives, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Supervising daily work
• Quality assurance and documentation according to current legislation
• Support for staff in the organization

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in healthcare, social work, or behavioral science
• Experience working in LSS, preferably in a service apartment
• Knowledge in psychiatry and addiction
• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Good administrative skills and experience with documentation
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Strong knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
