We are looking for: Baker with production responsibility
We are seeking a self-driven and experienced baker who wants to take the step to also become
production manager. You are passionate about the craft but also have the ability to plan, lead
and ensure an efficient flow in the bakery.
Your main responsibilities:
Plan the daily production of bread and pastries
Ensure quality, hygiene, and efficiency in the process
Lead and distribute tasks within the team
Keep track of raw material inventory and orders
Work practically in production, especially during holidays and peak times
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 5 years of experience in the bakery profession
Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
Enjoys having both a craft focus and overall responsibility
Has good collaboration skills and communicates clearly
Important to know:
Due to the level of responsibility in this role, we only seek candidates with at least 5 years of
documented experience in the bakery. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from submitting an
application if you do not meet this basic requirement.
Meritorious:
Previous experience in production planning or leadership role
Knowledge of pastry is a plus but not a requirement
