As a Sawmill Operator with us, your task will involve monitoring the production process combined with practical work such as operating machines, preventing and resolving minor production disturbances, and keeping the facility clean and tidy. To achieve a good working environment, we apply a rotation schedule in our departments.

The position is full-time, 2-shift with placement at Södra Wood Kisa. Start date according to agreement.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for team players who are interested in production, curious, and eager to learn new things and share your knowledge with others. It is essential to be responsible and have an understanding of the whole while being able to act on details. Furthermore, you are used to working proactively and are alert. You have a strong safety mindset and follow instructions. If you are interested in contributing to developing methods that benefit the business, this is highly appreciated. We also see that you have good collaboration skills to achieve common goals. Forklift license, overhead crane license, and previous experience in the sawmill industry are advantageous.

In addition, we see that you have:

- Good communication skills

- Computer proficiency

- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

- Completed high school education

- B driver's license
