About the Position

In this role, you will primarily work with administering bookings for customer visits for the replacement of communication equipment and meters for individual consumers. You will coordinate and book technicians from subcontractors and register reported data in the client's system. In addition, you will compile documentation and book work from additional subcontractors. The position involves technical administration that requires good coordination skills, a structured approach, and a strong sense of order. We prefer candidates with experience in customer booking and collaboration with subcontractors.

This assignment starts on 2025-08-25 and initially lasts for 3 months, with a chance of extension.

About You

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys a role with many points of contact. You are used to working independently with administrative tasks and have a good ability to effectively coordinate resources.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for information structuring
• Experience in resource coordination and booking
• Experience in customer interaction

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in customer interaction through regulatory activities
• Experience from working with district heating distribution
