Finansförbundet is now looking for a creative and structured content producer to join their editorial team in the communication, opinion, and marketing unit. Here, you will work with engaging content across all digital channels – from idea to publication – contributing to recruiting more members and ensuring that members of Finansförbundet have better conditions and develop in a sustainable work life.

About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Finansförbundet. The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.

About Finansförbundet

Finansförbundet is the largest trade union for everyone working in the banking and finance sector. The union currently has about 30,000 members, is politically independent, and is a member of TCO. You can find members everywhere – in large banks with thousands of employees as well as in small brokerage firms with niche operations. Finansförbundet represents the trade union interests of its members and influences the development within the finance sector.

The office consists of 40 employees, and you will be part of the editorial team in the Communication, Opinion, and Marketing unit. Your manager is the unit manager who is also the communication manager, and the operational work in everyday life is coordinated by the editorial leader. Finansförbundet offers:

Job responsibilities

As a Content Producer at Finansförbundet, you are a doer who is involved all the way – from idea to published content. You write articles, create content for social media, and produce moving material, where you film, photograph, and edit independently. With an eye for what engages, you adapt the content according to the target audience, channel, and format. You have a technical interest and already use AI as a natural part of your creative and operational work.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Write articles, newsletters, and posts for social media
• Film, photograph, and edit material for various channels
• Adapt content based on target audience and platform
• Use AI tools as support in idea generation and production

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in communication or marketing

• At least three years of experience in communication, marketing, or a related field

• A writer with a sense of tone and target audience

• Experience in creating engaging content that drives conversions via social media

• Ability to film, photograph, and edit – and enjoy working with moving content

• Experience working in CMS – preferably Epi/Optimizely – as well as tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

• Comfortable creating content in both English and Swedish

You are structured and self-driven, with an easy time pushing work forward. At the same time, you are unpretentious and responsive in collaboration with other roles and competencies. You are curious and like to stay updated on new working methods and tools. With creative height, you combine ideas with analysis and follow-up, seeing it as a natural part of creating relevant and engaging content.
