ValueOne is looking for a transport administrator for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in the industrial sector in Ovanåker municipality. The assignment starts immediately and runs until the end of September 2025 with a chance of extension.

About the role

As a transport administrator, you will be responsible for booking, coordinating, and following up on transports in close collaboration with the warehouse, sales department, and external carriers. The transports mainly take place within Sweden, but exports to foreign countries also occur.

Main tasks:

• Book transports in the business system according to orders and delivery plans.
• Contact and follow up with transport companies in case of deviations, delays, or special requirements.
• Handle transport documentation, including waybills, customs documents, and export papers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure that transports are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.

Experience and competence

We are looking for someone who has worked with booking transports within industry, logistics, or similar environments. Experience with customs, export, and import administration is preferred. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good system skills, especially within business systems and Microsoft 365. We consider it an advantage if you have a post-secondary education, for example from a vocational college in forwarding or logistics.

As a person, you have good administrative skills and enjoy working in a structured manner. You communicate clearly and professionally. We also believe that you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and good at collaborating.
