Flexible Part-Time Job as an Interviewer

Do you want a flexible part-time job where you can talk to people and contribute to social development? Do you enjoy working independently and organizing your own workday?

Research One AB is a Gothenburg-based company that conducts market and opinion surveys, primarily within tourism and events. They conduct interviews on-site throughout Sweden – from mountain resorts and festivals to shopping centers and travel centers. The company collaborates with municipalities, regions, and destination companies to collect valuable information about visitors' experiences.

They are currently looking for four part-time interviewers who enjoy meeting people and want to contribute to community-related surveys!

Job Responsibilities

As an interviewer, you will contact people by phone and conduct interviews as part of an ongoing project at Research One. The interview times are already scheduled in a system, and you choose when you want to conduct them – during the day, evening, or weekend. This means a very flexible job where you can control your working hours. You can use your own computer or choose to borrow a computer or tablet from the client. A ready-made interview template is available to follow, making it easy to get started.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Research One. The working hours are flexible, and you have the opportunity to work from home.

You are expected to start the assignment with an introduction on September 11 and work half a day that day. After that, you are expected to work at least 16 hours per month during October, November, and December. For those who want to work more, there is also the opportunity to assist with scheduling interviews. However, this work requires you to be based at the office and use the client's phone on-site. The office is located on Åvägen in Gothenburg.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a student, retiree, or wants to work part-time alongside other commitments
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish
  • Has good computer skills
  • Can work at least 16 hours per month

As a person, we prefer that you are social and outgoing – you enjoy talking to people and feel comfortable in conversations with different individuals. You are also meticulous, responsible, and self-driven – you take initiative, maintain good structure in your work, and ensure that tasks are completed on time. Additionally, you are flexible and solution-oriented, which allows you to easily adapt to changes and handle new situations with a positive attitude.
