Do you want to help ensure that Sweden's largest airport operates as it should, every day? At Swedavia, we are now looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented maintenance planner who wants to take a key role in our technical team at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, focusing on baggage handling and airport technical equipment. What does the role entail? As a maintenance planner, you will be an important cog in the machinery. You are responsible for planning, preparing, and following up on the daily maintenance of our technical facilities, with a particular focus on the advanced baggage system. You work closely with technicians, technical managers, team leaders, and the maintenance manager, but report to the head of planning and preparation.

In this role, you combine technology and coordination with long-term optimization. You ensure that maintenance plans are followed and create a balance between preventive and corrective actions – always with the goal of creating a safe, accessible, and cost-effective operation. Additionally, you drive the development of our working methods and participate in improvement efforts together with the team.

You are responsible for resource allocation, material planning (external procurement of individual components and optimization of inventory), and monitoring key performance indicators. By analyzing statistics from our systems, you contribute to data-driven decisions. The role also includes communicating with internal and external stakeholders, placing orders, and working with technical manuals and instructions. Who are you? We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school engineering degree or equivalent practical experience in maintenance technology.
• Has a B driver's license.
• Is familiar with working in maintenance systems (e.g., IFS) and understands how a facility register works.
• Is systematic, meticulous, and solution-focused; you enjoy taking responsibility and making things happen.
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in leadership or planning within process, energy, or industrial operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance terminology according to SS-EN 13306.
• Practical experience in mechanical maintenance in process environments, e.g., conveyors, roller tracks, drive systems, or other equipment for baggage or cargo handling.
• Practical knowledge of high voltage, control and regulation technology, or PLC systems. Previously worked in a supervisory role.
• Experience in inventory management.
