About the role:

As a consultant with us at Prokon, you will work to develop and streamline manufacturing and logistics processes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with production management, quality managers, planners, and operators in both maintenance and production.

Your contributions directly support sustainable and competitive production.

The assignments vary in length and content depending on customer needs. You will partly work remotely, but most often you will be on-site with the client – which may involve travel within the region or to other locations.

The position is based in the area between Härnösand and Umeå, and we are looking for someone who lives or is willing to work in this part of Norrland.

We are looking for you who have:

· A degree in engineering or equivalent competence

· Experience in production technology and process development

· Good knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma

Desirable qualifications:

· Method studies (e.g., SAM, AVIX, PROKON)

· Technical preparation of new products

· CAD design in 2D/3D

· Business systems such as Movex, Monitor, or SAP

· Practical experience in assembly, welding, and/or painting
