We are now looking for planners for the operational planning group at Forsmark.

About the job

The planning group within the department of Projects, Planning, and Revision is responsible for operational planning, which includes planning daily operational maintenance and planning for outages. Coordination, follow-up of maintenance, renewal, and other activities related to respective production facilities and peripheral facilities are also part of our tasks.

The operational planning group consists of 14 employees and has a balanced gender distribution and a good spread in age, experience, and background.

As an employee in operational planning, you will work alongside engaged and positive colleagues, all striving towards the goal of supporting operations within Forsmark and ensuring that work in the facilities can be carried out efficiently and, above all, safely.

Your tasks

The work is performed in the maintenance system SAP and the planning tool Primavera and consists of:

• Scheduling and coordination
• Co-planning of operations and activities together with operations and maintenance.
• Timeline work
• Business development and improvement work within the group, unit, and department.

The work involves many contacts, primarily with maintenance and operations, as well as leading and participating in a number of meetings.

Requirements

• We see that you are a High School/University Engineer or have equivalent experience, preferably with a background in maintenance or operations, preferably within the nuclear industry.
• You are computer literate and familiar with working in the Office suite.
• You possess good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with the facility and knowledge of applicable regulations are advantageous.
