The Eye Care department is an exciting and enjoyable medical field to work in. We have both an eye clinic and our own surgical operations housed in our own facilities. Here, we employ doctors, nurses, orthoptists, optometrists, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, administrators, and supply assistants. The organization has a broad competence and good opportunities for guidance and professional development. RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer a dynamic and varied job alongside our colleagues within the organization. As an eye nurse, you will meet patients with a range of different eye diseases. You will perform various examinations, have your own clinics, prepare patients for doctor visits, administer treatments, and provide advice.

When you start with us, you will be offered an introductory program based on your previous experiences, and you will have a designated mentor. It is important to us that you, as an employee, have the opportunity to grow and develop with the organization.

The work is scheduled from Monday to Friday, and we have on-call services between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with specialist training in ophthalmic nursing or equivalent education with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare, and who is curious and interested in eye care. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required.
