As an order administrator at Prerep, you will be an important part of the business and have a central role in coordinating and planning our transportation of IT equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and optimizing transport assignments
• Resource planning and staffing of drivers and vehicles
• Continuous communication with customers, drivers, and subcontractors
• Handling any deviations and problem-solving
• Ensuring that deliveries are made according to customer wishes and on time
• Follow-up on transport assignments and quality assurance

You preferably have previous experience in planning/administration or similar tasks within the transport and logistics industry. As a person, you are driven and engaged, you are good at communicating and have an easy time collaborating both internally and externally. It is required that you can structure your work and handle daily reprioritizations. This is a job that demands you to be stress-resistant and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
