Description

The position involves that after an introductory training, you will be placed in a group or in the standby pool and practice firefighting for 48 hours per year according to a specific schedule.

Within a 2-year period, you will undergo basic training for on-call firefighting personnel (GRIB).

It is important that your employer provides a certificate granting permission for you to participate in firefighting and has the opportunity to train you on occasion.

Scope: Part-time employment.

Time: 6-month probationary period followed by permanent employment.

All tasks related to firefighting.

Qualifications

Applicants must be employed and reside in the area to be able to respond to alarms at the fire station within 5 minutes. Swimming ability and good health and fitness are required. You will undergo a statutory health examination and a fitness test.

Conditions

Driver's license: A B driver's license is required, a C driver's license is an advantage.

Personal qualities: We place great importance on being service-oriented, having good collaboration skills, and a flexible and positive working approach.

As the municipality's firefighting staff mainly consists of male employees, we particularly welcome female applicants.

Start date: By agreement.

Salary: Compensation for exercises and call-outs will be provided according to applicable agreements. Part-time compensation according to the RIB agreement.
