Are you an experienced HVAC technician with an eye for detail and strong technical knowledge? Do you want to take the next step in your career and work with quality controls and inspections in the construction and property industry? We are now looking for an

inspector in HVAC who wants to help ensure safety, functionality, and quality in various types of projects.

 

Your tasks

• Conduct HVAC technical inspections in new and renovation projects

• Write reports and statements according to applicable regulations and standards

• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and other inspectors

• Participate in technical investigations and status assessments

• Support customers with advice on HVAC technology and installations

 

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience as an HVAC technician, project manager, or equivalent

• Technical education in HVAC, construction, or similar (e.g., high school engineer, YH, or university)

• Knowledge of industry regulations, e.g., AMA, AB/ABT, and BBR

• Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish

• Driver's license B

Previous experience as an inspector and certifications in HVAC or inspection are advantageous.
