Elevator Technician at Coor in Gästrikland
Are you passionate about service and technology in property management? Coor has been given the great trust to provide services to Locum's hospital assignments in Gästrikland, and we are now looking for an elevator technician who wants to continue developing with us. This is an exciting assignment where you will be an important part of Coor's highly competent team within our expanding property delivery!

What will you be working on?
As an elevator technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a work team that has good collaboration between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.
Your main responsibilities as an elevator technician include:
- Independently plan and perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all the building's elevators, including several emergency elevators
- Operation, development, and optimization of the building's elevators
- Conduct risk assessments
- Shared responsibility for proactively working to improve the facility through reports regarding improvement suggestions and maintenance needs
- Ensure the future operation and development of the hospital together with other colleagues.
- Create sustainable results through our services and solutions
Who are you?
You are an initiative-taking and goal-oriented team player with the courage to make decisions to advance in your work. You are a confident and social person who contributes to a good atmosphere in the team and has positive and attentive communication with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors. You work in a structured and meticulous manner.
We are looking for someone who has:
- High school education with a focus on electricity or complementary courses with equivalent content
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and possess good knowledge of elevator troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of various control systems for elevators
- Good computer skills
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Driving license B
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in electricity, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, HVAC technical systems
- Good knowledge of the English language

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: Full-time 100%
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00. On-call duty included
- Start date: December 1
- Probationary period: 6 months
- Location: Gävle
