About the assignment

Coor has been given the important task of managing property operations at several hospitals and schools in Gästrikland and Hälsingland. We are looking for someone who wants to use their skills and commitment to create safe, functional environments for patients, students, and staff. What will you work with?

As an elevator technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a work team that has good cooperation between competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

Your main responsibilities as an elevator technician include:

• Independently plan and perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all the property's elevators, including several emergency elevators
• Operation, development, and optimization of the property's elevators
• Conduct risk assessments
• Shared responsibility for proactively working to improve the facility in the form of reports regarding improvement suggestions and maintenance needs
• Together with other colleagues, ensure the future operation and development of the hospital
• Create sustainable results through our services and solutions

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education with a focus on electricity or complementary courses with equivalent content
• At least 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and possess good knowledge of elevator troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of various elevator control systems
• Good computer skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in electricity, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, plumbing technical installations
• Good knowledge of the English language

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent employment
• Employment rate: Full-time 100%
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00. On-call duty included
• Start date: December 1
• Probationary period: 6 months
• Location: Hudiksvall
